Here are key measures we’ve put in place to protect our clients, agents and families, while also allowing us to continue to deliver the high level of service you’ve come to count on us to provide:

  • Business Operations – Through robust continuity planning with our business partners, all of our lines of business are intact and operational.
  • Office Hours – To support you and the lives of those we insure; our offices will remain open. Should you have any questions, please call 800-731-4300.
  • Business Travel – All LBIG employees are teleconferencing or video conferencing in lieu of travel for the time being.
  • Telework – Employees have the technology they need to work remotely. We have and will continue to follow the recommendations and guidelines from the CDC and the World Health Organization.
  • Social Distancing – During these times of social distancing our online and telephone applications easily allow our producers and customers to apply for a policy without having to be face to face.
  • Financial Strength – We at Liberty Bankers Insurance Group have a proud legacy of financial stability, limiting risk and pursuing investment diversification. To this day, this is a philosophy we vigorously adhere to.

The health and well-being of our employees, customers and partners is at the core of everything we do. Should our business practices and/or procedures need to adjust to ensure their safety, we will communicate that out as quickly as possible.
